Gedney Hill near Peterborough.
This scheme developed 6 new build houses in 3 semi-detached pairs, 3 of which were three bedroom units and 3 were two bedroom units.  Gedney Hill was assessed and accredited under the ‘Building for Life’ scheme using a very simple architectural form with relatively shallow pitched roofs and red brick work which complimented recent local building materials with white detailing to the windows, facias and doors.  The final scheme sat snugly into the local context.

Holbeach Hurn in Lincolnshire.
This scheme consisted of 2 Semi-detached 3 bedroom houses.  Holbeach Hurn was assessed and accredited under the ‘Building for Life’ scheme using a very simple architectural form with relatively shallow pitched roofs, red brick work and pan tile roof which complimented recent local building materials.

Kirton near Boston
This scheme developed 7 two bedroom houses and was assessed and accredited under the ‘Building for Life’ scheme using a very simple architectural form with some unique detailing around the porches, stone cills and red brick work.  The completed design fronts onto Craven Road and sits comfortably at the edge of the town setting.  The scheme incorporated photovoltaic’s and achieved ‘Code for sustainable homes Level 4’.
